Vicki was the second agent that we hired.  She should have been the first.  Vicki is phenomenal.  She is friendly, professional, confident, knowledgeable, patient, reassuring, courteous, caring and very savvy.  She loves what she does and it shows!  She is a go-getter who will go to battle for you.  When we first contacted Vicki, she was out of town yet she immediately responded to our emails and phone calls.  Her well-orchestrated team worked together to make for a seamless and wonderful experience.  In an era of shrinking customer service, Vicki is a rare gem! Kudos too to Ingrid who knew which house we wanted before we did!
